[Event Post]

::Everyone's favorite teenage witch
You can find her at Duel Academy, most likely in the library skulking around the more forbidden or occult books, especially ones that are chained or bolted down.
Or out in the city, you can find here near her cousin's Hybrid Research Facility, or loitering near Castle & Castle, or the Duel College doing much as the same as the above.
If you are familiar with her, it might be dawning on you she looks off. Like either she got work done, or this is a stunt double maybe if your brain itches the right way.
The even more adept might take note of there seems to be a strange silver haired girl idly following her, in an Osiris Red uniform in any of these locations. Who in the more sunlit areas, seems to be in a daze.::

DON'TSHOWUPOUTOFNOWHERELIKETHAT.
::She's still holing onto the book case.::

::Climbing down slowly, her nerves wracked.::
Do you do that to everyone?
no subject
*tilting his head slightly*
Still, are you looking for something in particular, in this library?
no subject
::Finally back down.::
... Demonology records and Necromancy, if you want me to be honest. Since I get the sense you're not gonna let it drop.
no subject
Why exactly are you looking for necromancy literature at a dueling school, if I may ask? *... not questioning the demonology, though. of course we have books on that.*
no subject
::Looking back at the books.::
Because the school has a large number of magical and occult tomes.
I mean, if we have Ms. Fang teaching alchemy for god-knows-what-reason at a Dueling School, why not necromancy?
no subject
You would be better off finding a ride to Zombie World, to find accurate material.
no subject
I think you're overly literal, Teach. If the school has resources on alchemy, then it stands to reason it has resources of necromancy.
And I'm a bit questionable on Zombie World.
no subject
I am certain that it is a very relatively pleasant place, that would also understand necromancy.
no subject
I know someone from Zombie World and they've left a really bad taste in my mouth.
::Grimaces pretty badly.::
no subject
But still, I do insist that there are unlikely to be any usable materials on necromancy, here.
no subject
And why is that. If the school has documents on occult summonings and alchemy, why not necromancy?
no subject
The closest you would come to with either area is Faustian deals or the creation of artificial beings.
no subject
::Mulls over this for a moment.::
... Just seems really arbitrary to keep out of research, since it is historically relevant to magic, folklore, alchemy, certain parts of necromancy was communing with the dead.
Or is it that you don't want people doing it?
no subject
Though I would have to beg the question of why you would be interested in raising the dead through such means as necromancy...
no subject
... Are you saying there's means other than Necromancy?
::Takes a deep breath.::
I want my older sister back.
::The moment she says that... you can sense this girl's future is likely to go poorly, either by tragedy or Noriko-esque farce.::
no subject
... I can understand the feeling of this. But...
I do recommend against necromancy, if the aim is to bring back a loved one.
But yes, there are other methods. But they may not be conventional to what you intend upon.
no subject
... I'm listening.
::Tapping her foot.::
no subject
Speaking from personal experience, finding someone who is capable of creating a vessel for the soul would be a straight-forward option.
no subject
::No they aren't, the poor girl seems to be a cosmic chewtoy.::
And if I don't have the soul or it's extremely damaged?
no subject
You would have a greater chance of bringing back something that is not your loved one, in the first place.
no subject
I will try anything. So if you happen to know someone, teach...
::Tilting ever harder to probably farce with that.::
no subject
She knows something about the whole methods of this. But it's up to you to convince her on it.
*either Noriko takes it, bamfs you into something else, or gives you counseling. Either way, it's up to fate then.*
no subject
... My sorta-kinda girlfriend doesn't like her much, so I've been suspicious about talking to her. I. Could. Try? I guess?
::Crossing her arms.::
no subject
no subject
::Takes a deep breath, sighing.::
Fine, I'll try her...
::Cute cat girl end.::
but if I don't like what she suggests, I'm coming right back here and I will be using 'dangerous' magic, no matter what anyone says.
::That's the her dying horribly end.::
no subject
You know what, what if I come with you, for this. So that you have someone to vouch for you, as well.
*Still likely cute cat girl end, but better than horrible dying...*
no subject
... Care to explain, Teach? I think I missed a thought process step.
no subject
no subject
... Receptive?
no subject
After all, I am a living example of it.
no subject
::Blinks repeatedly.::
I think I missed another step. You're skipping ahead.
no subject
What exactly has left you confused?
no subject
You being a living example. Or why I would want you there with me. In a private session. You're skipping ahead and I really don't like people swindling me.
no subject
I am a soul in a body that was created by her. I died over half a century ago. It is why I feel that her methods may assist you in the revival of your loved one, but I also feel that having someone to help vouch for you will get you the result you may desire.
no subject
... And yet you're telling me to not use Necromancy when that deadass sounds like Necromancy.
... Fine, let's go talk to her. Lead the way, Professor.
no subject
*turns to go, to lead you to her office.*
no subject
::Toddles after.::
